Kelly Callen, Parliamentarian

Kelly’s passion for historical homes was sparked when she spent nearly two years restoring a Freeland, Michigan farmhouse that had been in her family for four generations. The home was rumored to have been the birthplace of several “Rin Tin Tin” puppies. Recently retired, she spent over a decade as an Executive Assistant to famed Atlanta architect John Portman. When she told Portman about Friends’ goal to make Mimosa the oldest Net Zero home in America, he commented that this achievement “would be REMARKABLE!” Kelly, her husband Todd, and their two children, all passionate environmentalists, live in Roswell.


Will Colley

Will has 30+ years experience as a real estate and finance entrepreneur and is a managing partner of Polara Capital. He is responsible for capital relationships and commercial real estate equity investments. He is also a principal in Red Door Revivals, an award winning commercial contractor and developer. Will was Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers and the firm’s practice leader of the Bank Asset Team. He founded ERA United Realty, where he was named as Top 500 Power Broker by RISMedia. Will was also previously a commercial real estate lender for Wachovia Bank.

Will received a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Currently, he serves on the University of Georgia Terry College of Business Emeritus Alumni Board, Roswell Arts Fund Board, and is a member of Roswell Rotary.


Scott Fillian, Secretary

Scott is a marketing leader with a demonstrated history of turning complex opportunities and problems into thoughtful, practical, and understandable solutions. He has an M.B.A. in International Business and has worked as a director of loyalty programs for IHG and an analyst for US Airways. He lives in Roswell with his wife and three young children.


Steve Gibson

Steve, the founder and CEO of TalentServed, has over 20 years of nationwide hospitality industry recruiting experience. Since late 2006, Steve has served independent restaurateurs, emerging concepts, regional restaurant groups and national brands. He guides the TalentServed recruiting team, resulting in the placement of over 200 hospitality industry leaders each year with the firm’s clients. Steve is a longtime resident of Marietta, Georgia where he resides with his wife, Tiffany, their two teenage sons, and their Goldendoodle, Beau. He was the first president of Friends of Mimosa Hall & Gardens, leading the organization and helping us substantially in getting off the ground.


Gus Hadorn

Gus, a retired Fulton County High School teacher, serves as chair of Earth Ministry and was previously a project administrator with Trammell Crow Residential. He lives in Roswell with his wife, Jennifer. They have four adult children. He and Jennifer are especially passionate about environmental sustainability and making Roswell more pedestrian-friendly.


Bob Hagan

A passionate member of the Rotary Club of Roswell since 1998, Bob was honored by the Georgia Ensemble Theatre in 2009 with the esteemed annual “Legacy Award” for his contribution to the community of Roswell. Bob’s profession is Nursing and Assisted Living Homes Administration.  Born in Lake City, Florida, Bob has lived in Roswell since 1973. Bob serves on the board of many local charities as well as the Friends of Bulloch Hall. He is a 2014 recipient of the “History Maker of the Year Award” from the Roswell Convention and Visitors Bureau.


Sara Harwood

Sara Harwood is a Lecturer of English at Clayton State University. She earned her PhD at Georgia State University, where she wrote her dissertation on Cotton Mather. Her current research examines the intersection of public memory and interpretation at historic sites.


Scott Hitch

Scott Hitch is an attorney experienced in navigating legal issues arising in environmental, land use, renewable energy, and commercial real estate matters. He also represents clients working in music, film, television, theater, and publishing industries. Scott serves on the board of directors of the Roswell Arts Fund and the Green Chamber of the South, and he has served on the boards of the Georgia Environmental Policy Institute, Rivers Alive, and Keep Roswell Beautiful. He is a volunteer attorney for Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. Prior to opening Hitch Law LLC in Roswell, Scott practiced with several AmLaw 100 firms in Atlanta. Scott sings and plays guitar in the band Along for the Ride, which regularly performs in venues throughout the Atlanta metro area. Scott and his wife, Angie, have lived in Roswell since 2000, and are the proud parents of two teenagers.


Gabriel Prado

Gabriel is a seasoned sourcing, contracting, and account management professional with experience in Government, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Supply Chain Industries. Graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA in Marketing and Business Economics, and achieved an Executive MBA from Scheller School of Business at Georgia Tech. He is currently the Bids and Proposals Manager at HD Supply.

His education and background have allowed him to impact people and organizations through connecting partners’ needs to comprehensive solutions and mutually beneficial long-term relationships.

Gabriel has migrated from Argentina and has been living in Atlanta for the last 20 years. Two years ago, he moved to Roswell with his wife Catalina, son Nicolas, and dog.

Gabriel enjoys running along the river and walking around the neighborhood. Gabriel loves grilling and camping. He serves his community as a member of the Roswell Rotary Club and board member of the Hispanic Corporate Council of Atlanta


Susan Rumble, President

A passionate devotee to community development, Susan is an energetic member of the Roswell Women’s Club and the Rotary Club of Roswell and she serves on the board of the Roswell Arts Fund. She's a real estate advisor for Engel & Völkers North Atlanta, with proficiency in market research and business strategies. 


Gina Sen

Gina Sen has over 15 years of experience in business consulting, web and software application based project management, as well as marketing strategy and communications projects for several companies – ranging from fledgling dot-coms to big box retail companies. Her industry experience includes: telecom, media, e-commerce, consumer products, hospitality, A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), B-to-B products/services, home design, entertainment, and restaurant/food. As a graduate from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, Gina possesses an English degree with business coursework emphasis.

During off-hours, Gina is a board member for Mimosa Hall & Gardens, working on alternative energy, sustainability and Solar Energy initiatives. Her interests include digital media, interior design, the arts, music, and movies. Gina also has an indiscriminate palate for culinary-related things, and enjoys eating out in Atlanta’s spectrum of restaurants. Gina currently lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, Zeppelin Fogarty, and their dogs.


Katie Troline, Treasurer

Katie Troline worked closely with FOMHG while serving professionally as The City of Roswell’s Community & Facility Services Manager.  After her retirement from the City, in 2019, Katie joined the FOMHG board.  She has served on many committees over the years and generously shares her time, talent, and treasure with FOMHG.

Professionally, Katie Founder & CEO of Goldmedal Force, LLC 

She offers CPRP and CPRE National Certification Prep Courses for Recreation and Parks Professionals.  Her training includes organizational & conference training sessions on leadership, service, communications, & more.


Kadijah Vickers

Kadijah Vickers is a native of Tampa, Florida who ventured out to the Atlanta area approximately 10 years ago in order to pursue a culinary career. The journey began with her attending Le Cordon Bleu and receiving her Associates Degree in Business and Culinary. From there, she began taking various jobs within her community as a personal Chef, displaying her skills and creating a repeat client base while building her portfolio.

During this time, she also worked in very reputable restaurants and assisted with building and running various establishments. Over the last 5 years, she has gained experience in managing both the front of the house and the back of the house.

Kadijah is now ready to step out and pursue what is more aligned with her own vision. She is married and the mother of two, and is very excited about this next chapter in her life. She is currently the owner/operator of The Vick Koffee and Kocktails on Canton Street in Roswell, GA.
